CONSTITUTION

The Federazione Sammarinese NUOTO (F.S.N.), born in the year 1979, is a Non-profit company consisting of people who joined it (league members and subsidiary members) and by the subsidiary Sport Associations.

Pursuant to the current sport legislation, (F.S.N.) is part of the Comitato Olimpico Nazionale Sammarinese (C.O.N.S.) which monitors its regular functioning.
To offer its activities, it makes use of the sport plants situated in the surrounding area pursuant to the agreement with C.O.N.S. and/or con with the delegated Public Bodies.

F.S.N. is part of the Federation Internationale de Natation Amateur (F.I.N.A.) and of the Ligue Europeenne da Natation (L.E.N.), follows their instructions and acknowledges, agrees and applies their regulations.
It is also part of other International Sport Organizations legally constituted and recognized.

F.S.N. enjoys complete autonomy in exercising its activities (technical - administrative - organizational - managerial) pursuant to the decisions and determinations of the Comitato Olimpico Internazionale (C.I.O.), of the F.I.N.A. of the L.E.N. and of the C.O.N.S.

F.S.N. is the only League entitled to arrange swimming events in the Republic of San Marino and to organize them at international level.
F.S.N., by exercising its activity, is not influenced by religion, politics, race, ethnic group, sex, language or other discriminations.
